Mumbai: In yet another incident of negligence by passengers on railway stations, a man was seen running to catch a Mumbai local train at Bandra station during which he slips and falls. The man is seen holding on to the gate a coach as the train keeps moving. However, he is saved by an alert police constable who was present at the spot.

The video of the incident has also surfaced where in the man seen tripping while he runs to catch the moving train.

The alert policeman behind him rushes immediately the man falls and saves him from going between the train and the track.

In another case, a police sub-inspector jumped into a deep drain in Noida on Monday to rescue a man who was drunk and had allegedly tried to end his life. Sohanveer Singh, the sub-inspector is appointed at Phase 2 police station and is in charge of the local Panchasheel outpost, a PTI report said.

A police spokesperson informed that they received information that a man in an inebriated state had fallen into a deep and dirty drain near Shaheed Bhagat Singh Road in an attempt to kill himself.

Immediately responding to the call, Sub-Inspector Sohanveer Singh along with Sub-Inspector, a trainee, Navneet Kumar and Head Constable Pradeep Kumar rushed to the scene. After reaching the spot, they found the man being swept away by the fast-flowing dirty water of the drain.
