CJI-led bench will hear the petition challenging NBE’s decision to not release question papers, answer keys, or response sheets of the candidates. Students are demanding transparency from the National Board of Education (NBE). Meanwhile, the NEET PG counselling 2024 schedule is yet to be released on the official MCC website- mcc.nic.in.
In the previous hearing held on September 20, the bench comprising CJI D.Y. Chandrachud, Justices J.B. Pardiwala and Manoj Misra issued notice to the Center and NBE. The Court expressed its dissatisfaction with the National Board of Education’s last-minute changes to the exam pattern. CJI questioned why the exam pattern was changed three days before the exam. “students will have a meltdown,” CJI stated.
As for the NEET PG Counselling 2024 schedule, it is expected to be released online after the hearing.
