Curry Leaves Dosa

Dosa is a quintessential part of South Indian cuisine and this hearty twist of curry leaves can elevate the taste and texture of the dosa altogether. Try this dosa right away.

Ingredients

1 cup idli rice, 1/4 cup raw rice, 3/4 cup curry leaves, 3 red chillies, tamarind, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black pepper, turmeric, salt, oil, water

Step 1

Soak the rice and grind it with water into a smooth paste.

Step 2

Next, blitz curry leaves along with turmeric, salt, tamarind and chilli with water.

Combine both the pastes together and grind cumin and pepper. Add the ground cumin to the batter.

Add ghee to the dosa pan and allow it to heat.

Spread the batter in a circular motion and drizzle the oil.
