Andhra Pradesh police were about to destroy 24,031 bottles of illegal liquor seized since 2021 when locals in Guntur swooped in to steal whatever they could. The incident occurred at a Guntur administration-run dumping yard located on Etukuru Road, on Tuesday, September 10.
