Anupamaa Leap Promo: Aadhya Is Grown Up, Shivam Khajuria is Anu’s Right-Hand Man, Where Is Anuj?

Hey, Anupamaa fans. Here’s some good news for you. Buckle up because it’s finally confirmed by the makers themselves that your favorite TV soap is about to take a dramatic 15-year generational leap. The promo is doing the rounds on social media and it’s packed with everything we love – emotions, twists and surprises. Aadhya is all grown up in the show. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Shivam Khajuria has also joined the cast. But Gaurav Khanna’s Anuj is nowhere to be found.

In the new promo of Anupamaa that is doing the rounds on social media, we get a glimpse of the generation leap. This was aired in previous night’s episode. Aadhya’s character, that was earlier played by Aurra Bhatnagar, will now be played by Alisha Parveen as she’s grown up now. In the current track, Aadhya is seen getting blamed for Dimpy’s death. To avoid the humiliation, she runs away from Asha Bhavan thus getting separated from Anupama again. Post the generation leap, Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) and Aadhya are away from each other. Aadhya has turned a tourist guide to make money.

The leap also brings a fresh face to the show with Shivam Khajuria, who will be playing a crucial role as Anu’s helper. Anu is running Anu Ki Rasoi and is a chef now. In the promo, Shivam’s character is seen supporting Anupamaa in her ventures as she’s still struggling financially. He seems deeply connected to her emotionally and professionally. Could he be the rock Anu needs after all the hardships she’s endured?
