Armaan Bhatia Continues Winning Streak, Beats Dusty Boyer 11-6 In Bennett University Exhibition Match

The massive success of the inaugural PWR DUPR India Masters has elevated the pickleball scenario in India with the sport gaining popularity across the nation. Armaan Bhatia lifted three trophies as he bagged the PRO Open Men’s Singles, PRO Open Men’s Doubles and PRO Open Mixed Doubles title to prove his credentials at the New Delhi Tennis Association Stadium on Sunday.
Bennett University organised an exhibition match on Monday between Dusty Boyer and Armaan Bhatia. This was a rematch of the PRO Open Men’s Singles final which Armaan won. The star Indian pickler once again proved why he is among the best players in the world on the pickleball court.
Armaan took an unassailable 7-2 lead as he started from where he left off at the PWR DUPR India Masters. Dusty’s enforced error helped Armaan take things out of his grasp. But Armaan had the last laugh as he claimed the match with an 11-6 scoreline.
After the singles exhibition match, two Bennett University students Param and Akshit paired up with Dusty and Armaan respectively as they played a doubles match against each other. Some intense hitting and long rallies ensued between the pairs.
Param and Akshit showed an immense competitive nature and played some beautiful shots while partnering with Boyer and Armaan. Dusty and Param went on to win the match with a very slender margin of 15-12. After this match, Mr Vineet Jain, MD -The Times Group & Chancellor, Bennett University also exchanged a few shots with Dusty Boyer partnering with Armaan on the pickleball court.
