Breaking News Live Updates: ‘Irony Of Ironies Is That Congress…,’ Says BJP’s Shehzad Poonawalla

BJP Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla says, “The irony of ironies is that Congress party which is the worst violator of the Constitution and which is making communal hate pitches every day is going and complaining about others. For the Congress party ‘ek rahenge, safe rahenge’ is a communal statement but giving 10% Muslim reservation is secular. For them, the appeal by Ulema board and All India Muslim Personal Law board made only on the grounds of religion is secular. Jamiat Ulema Jharkhand making a communal appeal is secular. For them, their leader saying in Jharkhand that we will give the gas cylinder to infiltrators is secular. And if anybody calls out this thing, if anybody calls out vote jihad, then they are communal. The Congress party should be careful. It should not be that they go to complain to ECI and the action is taken against them only because they have crossed every limit. Today, their only agenda is divide Hindus and unite the vote bank in the name of vote bank jihad.”
