Some of the biggest and most high profile names in the world have assembled in Mumbai for what is being called the wedding of the year as business tycoon Mukesh Ambani‘s youngest son, Anant Ambani, is marrying Radhika Merchant.
There is a strong attendance from the cricket fraternity and Bollywood industry for the wedding currently taking place in the maximum city. 2024 T20 World Cup-winner and vice captain of the Indian cricket team, Hardik Pandya, is among the attendees from the cricketing world.
Hardik made his presence known by showing his dance moves at the celebrated gathered pace. Hardik grooved to music beats with popular actress Ananya Pandey. The video has gone viral all over social media as Anant and Radika prepare to tie the knot.

Talking about Hardik, he shares a long term association with the Ambani family as he is the captain of the Mumbai Indians. The Mumbai-based IPL franchise is owned by Reliance Industries, with Anant’s mother Nita and brother Akash largely overseeing the team’s operations.
Hardik burst into the limelight when MI purchased him in the 2015 IPL auction for Rs. 10 lakhs, and only a year later he found himself in the Indian team. The star all-rounder spent seven seasons with the franchise, during which he helped them win four IPL titles.
Hardik returned to MI ahead of the 2024 IPL season in a stunning trade deal after spending two seasons with the Gujarat Titans (GT). Hardik was named MI captain and replaced Rohit Sharma, who led the franchise to the title five times and was in charge for a decade.
Hardik is likely to be named India’s new T20I captain in the coming days following Rohit’s retirement from T20Is.
Hardik was among the most important players in India’s T20 World Cup triumph, as he impressed with both bat and ball, making 144 runs at a strike-rate of 151.58 and taking 11 wickets. The MI captain bowled the decisive last over in the tense final against South Africa.
Hardik was joined by brother Krunal and Ishan Kishan at the wedding. Suryakumar Yadav is also in attendace as his former captain MS Dhoni among a host of cricketing greats.
