Hina Khan, who rose to fame for her role in the popular daily Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH), stunned her fans with her latest post. The actress announced to her supporters that she has been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Sharing the shocking news, Khan also updated them that her treatment has already begun.

Just a few days ago, a X (formerly Twitter) user posted about spotting Hina in Kokilaben hospital in Mumbai. While many thought that the user was cooking up stories about the actress, Hina has confirmed the news on her official handle.

On her Instagram, Hina penned a long note. She wrote, “Hello everyone, To address the recent rumour, I want to share some important news with all the Hinaholics and everyone who loves and cares for me. I have been diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer.”

She further wrote, “Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun, and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger.

The Bigg Boss finalist further asked the fans, media, and everyone else to show their support for her and her family. She wrote, “I kindly ask for your respect and privacy during this time. I deeply appreciate your love, strength and blessings. Your personal experiences, anecdotes, and supportive suggestions would mean the world to me as I navigate this journey.
