IMU CET 2024 Result (Representational Image)
The Indian Maritime University has announced the results of the Common Entrance Test (IMU CET 2024) for admission into undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes. Candidates who took the IMU CET exam on June 8 can view their qualifying status on the official website, imu.edu.in.
As per the IMU CET 2024 results, a total of 14,360 candidates have secured admission into UG programmes. Additionally, 409 candidates have been accepted into the MBA programme, and 46 students have been granted admission to MTech programmes at the university.
Candidates who have received IMU CET ranks and wish to enrol at IMU campuses must register on the institute’s counselling portal. The schedule for IMU counselling 2024 and the portal will be launched soon. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website for updates.
IMU CET 2024 Results: How To Check
Step 1: Go to the official IMU website: imu.edu.in.
Step 2: Find and click on the link labelled “IMU CET 2024 Results.”
Step 3: Enter your registration number and date of birth in the designated fields.
Step 4: Click the “Submit” button.
Step 5: Your IMU CET 2024 result will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download and print your result for future reference.
After obtaining IMU CET ranks, candidates should contact affiliated or non-affiliated institutes for admissions based on their respective admission procedures. It’s crucial to note that admission to the Diploma in Nautical Science programme at affiliated institutes is restricted to ‘sponsored candidates’—those sponsored by Ship Owning or Managing Companies who qualify in IMU’s CET for UG programmes.
