Styled by Anaita Shroff Adjania, Isha’s gown is a standout piece from Valli’s latest collection and only recently debuted on the runway. The designer has shared that the dress is inspired by his fascination with Mughal miniatures, drawing specific influence from an 18th-century artwork.

As per the designer, “the volume and colour of this specific dress comes from my obsession for Mughal miniatures. In particular, it is inspired by an 18th century miniature picturing a figure in the middle of a garden in Jaipur dressed in lime green and surrounded by green parrots.”

Coming to the dress itself, it features a gorgeous lime green hue, perfectly embodying the essence of summer and soft pastels. The gorgeous design includes a pleated bodice, broad shoulder straps, and elegant draped off-shoulder sleeves. With bows all the rage right now, the designer added a satin bow to cinch the waist, finally finishing off the dress with a flowing ankle-length skirt that cascades gracefully.
