Actress Ragini release ‘Oy Yeah Ladki’ Kannada song featuring Sameer and Amrutha.
Noted actress Ragini Dwivedi has lent her support to the Kannada music industry by launching the song Oy Yeah Ladki, a new release by Aakash Audio. The song, directed and produced by Adheera Santhu, features actors Sameer, Amrita, and Ugramm Ravi.
The Song
The Kannada music scene has seen a surge in attention-grabbing music videos, and Oy Yeah Ladki is the latest addition. Composed in a new style, the song showcases a captivating narrative where an ordinary delivery boy impresses an NRI girl with his dance moves.
Adheera Santhu, speaking at the song’s release, shared insights into his journey. “I am not new to the film industry. I was supposed to direct Upendra’s 50th film, and while it was planned, the project did not materialise. Now, with the support of friends, I have directed this song. We created it with Ragini Dwivedi as our inspiration, although she was unable to star in it due to scheduling conflicts. We do have plans to collaborate with her on another album song soon,” Santhu revealed.
The launch event also featured the premiere of the song’s lyrical video and a remix version. Adhira Santu not only directed but also written and performed the lyrics. The visuals were captured by Halesh, with music direction by M S Thyagaraj.
