Amazon Prime has reportedly acquired the OTT rights of Sree Vishnu’s latest release Swag.
Sree Vishnu’s latest release Swag hasn’t struck a chord with the audience at the box office. The film got negative reviews and turned out to be a damp squib prompting many audiences to wait for its OTT release. We have learnt that the OTT rights of Swag have reportedly acquired by Amazon Prime, and Swag may have its OTT release under three weeks from its theatrical release (October 4).
Early OTT Release?
Given Swag’s poor reception at the box office, it was natural that people wanted to catch the film online. And Amazon Prime reportedly acquired Swag’s OTT rights. Going by the current trend, in all probabilities, the film may have its OTT release under three weeks from its theatrical release (October 4). Although the film’s plot and Sree Vishnu’s performance was appreciated review suggest that it suffered heavily from writing issues – the layered, confused and nagged screenplay played the biggest spoilsport.
