Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya got engaged last month in an intimate ceremony in Hyderabad. Speaking to Galatta, the actress shares about her engagement and why she chose to keep the ceremony a private and an intimate one.
Don’t Feel The Need For Embellishments
Sobhita Dhulipala said that she never approached the moment (engagement) with a lot of expectations or dreams. The actress reveals that she was quite relaxed and composed. “When beautiful things happen, I don’t feel the need for embellishments,” said Sobhita. “The moment itself fills me and it was what it was meant to be, and it was perfect.” Sobhita also added that she always wanted to imbibe Teluguness in such eventful moments.
Always Wanted The Motherhood Experience
In the same interview, Sobhita went on to reveal that she always wanted to experience motherhood, and that was something she is very clear about. “I always wanted the motherhood experience. I was very clear about it and getting married. I always saw myself in that setting,” reveals Sobhita, adding that she always wanted Telugu-ness to be a part of moments like this. “I am very attached to my roots, to tradition, and to my parents. That’s something I fantasised about.”
Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya haven’t revealed their marriage date and venue, but buzz is that the wedding is going to happen in Rajasthan. When asked Chay about his impending marriage, he replied, “I will let everyone know soon.”
