Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court on Friday dismissed the second regular bail application filed by Bibhav Kumar, the Personal Assistant to the Delhi Chief Minister, in the Swati Maliwal’s alleged assault case. The court had previously dismissed Kumar’s first regular bail application on May 27.
The court reaffirmed its stance on Friday by rejecting the second bail plea filed by Kumar.
