Arbi Kofta

Ingredients
250g arbi, 1/2-inch ginger, 4 tbsp water chestnut flour, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp carom seeds, rock salt, oil

Step 1
Start by boiling the arbi in a pan or pressure cook until soft.

Add ginger, water chestnut flour, green chilli, carom seeds, rock salt and oil in a mixing bowl.

Peel the arbi and add to the kuttu flour mixture.

Mash the arbi and mix everything evenly.

Before shaping the arbi, don’t forget to apply oil on your hands and shape the arbi mixture into cylindrical shapes.
